Avoid These Common Habits That Damage Your Kidneys

3. Eat less salt

4. Eat less sugar

Sugary foods and drinks give your urine proteins which can further lead to kidney damage. People who drink 2 or more sodas a day are very likely to cause kidney damage in near future. The disease of having protein in your urine is treatable but the treatment itself can be an exhausting process.

5. Sleep more

6. Eat less animal protein

7. Don’t drink alcohol

As you know alcohol is dangerous for your liver and kidneys. It represents a toxin and when taken in large amounts is extremely lethal. A glass or two from time to time is acceptable, but make sure you don’t develop a habit as it will damage your organs severely.
