Sophie King, a 26 year-old teacher and blogger became an internet star when she uploaded the diet that she lost 25kg from, in just 3 months.
The blogger, who at one point reached a weight of 88kg, after getting sick a few times, developed the 100 day diet for losing weight.
Amazingly, it’s nothing revolutionary, but a diet that excludes all supplements and pills and is focused on balanced meals.
The dietary diary that this woman kept and recently announced on her blog attracted over 10,000 followers.
After exactly 100 days, Sofie got naked and photographed her results.
“At 17 years of age I broke my ankle and stopped playing sports because of it. Then I started to get fat, and when I started going to university I became an incredibly unhealthy person. That was the moment that I decided to change my life,” writes Sophie.
“In just 100 days a lot of things changed, and I wanted to share my experience with others and help them to do the same.”
