The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition has published a study that found that rice milk has vitamin D that causes people to lose weight at the time they start to consume it. Its main components are calcium and vitamin D, both of which reduce fat accumulation.
HOW TO PREPARE RICE MILK?
Ingredients to get one liter of rice milk
YOU WILL NEED TO:
1 cup brown or whole rice
8 ounces of water
2 tbsp sunflower oil
4 tablespoons honey
Heat up the water in a pot and once it starts to boil add the rice. Place a lid on the pot and leave it to boil for 15 minutes. After is ready remove it from the heat and leave it to cool down.
Add the liquid in a blender together with the sunflower oil and honey. Blend the mixture until you get a nice homogeneous substance. During the preparation you can also add a pinch of cinnamon to enhance the effects and improve the taste.
