This bread is also rich in B vitamins, fiber and protein. Also, the best thing about it is that it’s extremely easy to make and really cheap!
You will need:
– 4 eggs, – 90 gr of sesame seeds, – 90 gr of sunflower seeds, – 90 gr of walnuts, – 90 gr of pumpkin seeds, – 90 gr of flaxseed, – half a teaspoon of baking soda, – 100ml of water and a pinch of salt.
To prepare it, take the egg whites and whisk them with salt. Pour some water and add the baking soda on them next.
Make all the seeds into fine powder and put them in the mixture as well. Let the bread bake at 180 C for 50 minutes.
Once you try it, you will switch to this bread completely.
