It is also necessary to drink at least 2 liters of water during the day.

SUGAR DETOX DRINKS
You can replace sweetened drinks with the following:
Detox water: cut off blueberries, grapefruit, strawberries, or oranges, add them to a glass of water. Keep the beverage in the refrigerator and consume it constantly during the day. Unsweetened green tea – 3 times a day.
Coffee: one unsweetened black coffee daily.
