Furthermore, they weren’t any cholesterol level changes.
The high dosage of omega-3 fatty acids that can be found in the eggs reduces the levels of triglycerides, therefore they’re fewer chances of cardiovascular problems.

According to a recent study “Breast Cancer Research” journal, consuming eggs on a daily basis can actually reduce the risk of breast cancer by 18%. The reason for that is because eggs contain amino acids, vitamins, and minerals that help you stabilize the estrogen levels which are a common reason for breast cancer.

The choline that is found in eggs is an important nutrient for the brain. Lack of this neurotransmitter can lead to problems with the memory and brain functions.
