Step 1
First remove the sanitary towels from the package and unfold it.

Step 2
Place your undies under your knees after you take a sit on the toilet.

Step 3
Then, remove the strip to reveal the adhesive on the back of the sanitary towels. There should be three strips if you are utilizing a sanitary towels with wings. That it the main one and the one on each wing.

Step 4
Press the pad on your panties, the adhesive part should be stuck in your underwear. Then wrap the wings around your panties and press them as well. If you use pads designed for tongs, then the wider part should be placed on the front part of your underwear.

Step 5
By pulling your underwear up you can see if the sanitary pad is in the right position. It should cover the entire opening of your vagina.

Step 6
Check your sanitary towels every two hours so you could see if they need to be changed. If they are wet on the surface and do not absorb the menstrual blood, then they need to be changed.

Step 7
Fold your used sanitary towels up, just like it was when you removed it from the package for the first time. You should wrap toilet paper around the sanitary towels and after that, throw it away in a trash can.

At the end, you should empty the bucket of sanitary towels and soapy water into the washing machine and wash in hot water with regular laundry detergent when you are done with your period.
