Breakfast: A salad with seasonal fruit.
Lunch and dinner: Take 200gr of rice and separate it into two portions that you will eat during the day. Eat one portion with mashed apples and the other with 300gr of mashed lettuce and a tablespoon of olive oil.
Advice: The rice should be cooked 40 minutes without salt because salt keeps water in the body. Instead of salt, spice it up with cinnamon or other spices like rosemary or thyme.
