300 gr. of fresh fruit;
3 pieces of whole wheat bread or 2 boiled potatoes;

20 gr. of almonds and spinach
Put in a blender: a young cucumber (with the whole bark – of course well washed), a little well-washed spinach, one sour apple. If desired, add a little grated fresh ginger or a little ginger powder. Stir well, dip into glasses and put a little nuts or almonds on top. Slowly drink it while it’s fresh, because the longer it stands – the more it loses its nutrients.
