A Simple Japanese Move, Which Helps Lose Tummy Fat

Miki Ryosuke is a Japanese actor discovered a method that helped him lose 13 kg (28.7 lb) and 12 cm (4.7″) from the waist in just a few weeks.

Due to his back pain, he couldn’t exercise hard weight lifting so his doctor prescribed him exercise that only took 2 minutes a day.
