Bed exercises use your own body weight to train your muscles, toning them and making you lose weight. Below are some exercises.

Exercise 1

Lie face down on the bed, with your legs slightly bent and apart. Raise the hips, forcing the muscles of the buttocks and pelvis. This move tones the buttocks and slims the hips. Perform 5 sets of 20 repetitions.

Exercise 2

Lie on your stomach with your legs and arms extended, the latter next to your thighs. Raise your legs to a 90-degree angle, then return to the starting position. This exercise tones the lower abdomen. Perform 5 sets of 10 repetitions.

Exercise 3

Get on all fours on the bed, then extend your right leg (as if kicking) and then your left, alternating movements. Perform 30 repetitions 5 times to tone the legs and buttocks.

Exercise 4

Lie on your stomach with your legs slightly bent and raise your torso up to a 20-degree angle. Hold the position for 10 seconds, squeezing your abdominal muscles.
