• 1 big apple
• 2 spoons brown sugar
• 1 spoon cinnamon
The apples are cut in wheels; they are dipped in the mixture of sugar and cinnamon and placed in the oven. Bake for about half an hour, then turn over to the other side. Again they are covered with sugar and cinnamon and left for another half an hour. Allow to cool and enjoy healthy chips.
