An Original Recipe For Mexican Moussaka


• 2 cloves garlic
• 5 red peppers
• 1 yellow pepper
• 1 green pepper
• 3 zucchini
• Olive oil
• 1 can of corn
• 1-2 sachets blend Mexican spices
• 1-2dl water (depending on the recommended amount listed on the bag of Mexican spices)
• 1-2kg cheese
• 1 packet large tortillas
• Chili powder
• 500gr chicken fillet


Cut the chicken and put onto sticks then fry in a mixture of butter and olive oil. Add the finely chopped peppers. When it is fried a little bit add some garlic and corn. Add water and spices are directed on the spices packet. Add the cut pumpkins, chili and salt according to taste and sauté for another 5-10minutes.

In a fireproof bowl add some oil and arrange a row of tortillas then add some vegetables and grates cheese on top and repeat this until you use up these ingredients then finish with a row of tortillas. Place the dish in a preheated over at 30-35 degrees.
