Breakfast is the most important meal for many reasons, but there are rules to abide by if you are trying to lose weight.
Eat early – studies reveal that breakfast improves the metabolism and makes you less hungry during the day so that later we eat a healthy lunch and dinner. In order for your body to quickly burn fat, after waking up eat as soon as possible.
Eat until you are full – Your breakfast should be rich and plentiful so that you don’t get hungry after two-three hours. Eat food that is digested slowly and food that contains lots of fiber and protein because it will give you much more energy. Be careful that your breakfast doesn’t contain a lot of sugar.
Don’t overdo it – A hearty breakfast will keep you full, but don’t overdo it. Eat in moderation, as long as you need. When you are full, stop! You don’t have to eat everything is served on your plate.
