This Tibetan medicine is found in an ancient Tibetan monastery, inscribed on clay tiles. It is assumed that it is over 2000 years old and is used against triglycerides, cholesterol and deposits in blood vessels as well as other diseases. In addition to successfully cleaning blood vessels, this medicine improves the elasticity of blood vessels, prevents heart attacks and strokes. It also prevents the occurrence of tumors.
• 300gr white garlic (finely ground)
• 1kg lemons (with peels)
Add 1.5l of water and put to boil, gradually decreasing the temperature and slowly adding the ground garlic and lemon then cover the pot. Leave to boil for 15 minutes. Remove from the stove and leave to cool. Keep the medicine in a jar. It is consumed in the morning when you are hungry, as 0.5 deciliters over 25 days. Take a 10 day time out after consuming the medicine and then you can continue the same dosage. Stop using the medicine after the second time.
