She states that as long as you use these three ingredients every day, you aren’t in danger of getting cancer.
These three miraculous spices are olive oil, pepper and turmeric. Mix ¼ teaspoon of turmeric with ½ teaspoon of olive oil and a little bit of ground pepper. Mix these ingredients well and you can use the resulting mixture as an addition to salads and other dishes, but you can eat it by itself as well.
If you want to add it to a meal that it thermally processed, add the mixture of spices at the end of preparing the meal. If you eat it by itself, you can mix it with a little bit of water. Consume this mixture more often, preferably daily.
Turmeric is the highlight of the mixture. It is a yellow spice that you can find in the form of powder. Its anti-inflammatory abilities are incredibly powerful. There is no other natural ingredient that is as effective against inflammation as turmeric, claims Anderson. Studies show that turmeric prevents colon cancer, prostate, brain and breast cancer.
