The yogurt diet has only one rule: Drink yogurt every day!
You can drink coffee and tea, but be careful and use sweeteners instead of sugar. With this diet you will rid yourselves of extra weight and the results will be seen in a matter of days.
Breakfast: A cup of coffee, a teaspoon of wheat grains and non-fat yogurt.
During the morning (snack): 1 fruit yogurt.
Lunch: Choose one of two options:
1. Rice, 2 tomatoes, stuffed mushrooms and non-fat cheese.
2. Salmon with vegetables or baked potatoes, tomato and pea salad.
Dessert: A plate to fit two non-fat yogurts, strawberries and grapes.
Snack: Non-fat yogurt with some almonds or nuts.
Dinner: Yogurt with pieces of fruit (apples, peaches, pears…)
This diet isn’t recommended for people with high cholesterol or kidney stones because it contains large amounts of calcium and phosphorus. This diet is not recommended for more than 2 weeks.
