So, if you’re getting ready for an important meeting, celebration or something similar, you can quickly lose from 2-5kg, depending on your organism, so you can look great for the event. Meals should be consumed every 3 hours, and your daily menu should look like this:
• Breakfast: 6 dried plums.
• Snack 1: An apple.
• Lunch: One boiled egg and hot dog.
• Snack 2: The same as lunch.
• Dinner: A cup of low fat yogurt.
In addition to following this strict diet, it is also good to be physically active.
