For this process you will need 4 big potatoes, 2 egg whites, salt and spices for taste. Peel the potatoes and cut them into standard fries. Soak the potatoes in the egg whites. Remove the potatoes from the mixture and put them onto baking paper and bake at 200 degrees until they are golden brown. Once they are cooked add spices.
