Summer is at our doorstep and many of us are not yet ready to hit the beach. Having that fit body is not very easy as we want it to be. It requires hard work and constant dieting.
In today’s article, we present to you 5 simple belly exercises that will reduce fat effectively and get you ready for the summer. The best part is that you can do them home and don’t have to worry about making it to the gym.
As you are doing these exercises, just remember that there is no such thing as a perfect body and that there’s no need to feel discouraged if you’re not seeing the results immediately. The most important thing is to give it your best shot (and be safe in the process)!
Planks are the best exercise for the abdominal area. It is very easy and simple. You just need to position yourself in a push-up position with your elbows (at a 90% angle). Make sure your body is in a straight line from toes-to-head.
Abdominal hip thrusts
Lay down on the ground with your palms facing down and your feet static on the floor. Lif your body by using your feet and hips. Repeat it 15 times.
First, lay down on your back and place your hands on the floor. Raise your legs up in the air and hold them for several seconds. Lower your legs down without touching the floor and lif them again. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
Try to engage the abdominal muscles as much as you can during this exercise. Do this exercise for 60 seconds.
As you place your arms and feet on the floor, move your legs as you were climbing atop while keeping your hands fixed on the ground.
