Seated Knee Tucks:

  • Sit on the chair with your back straight and your hands gripping the sides.
  • Lift your feet off the ground and bring your knees towards your chest, engaging your core.
  • Hold for a moment, then extend your legs back out. Repeat for 3 sets of 12-15 repetitions.

Chair Twists:

  • Sit on the chair with your back straight and your feet flat on the ground.
  • Hold the sides of the chair for support and slowly twist your torso to the right, then to the left, engaging your oblique muscles.
  • Aim for 3 sets of 20 twists (10 on each side).

Chair Plank:

  • Place your hands on the edge of the seat and walk your feet back until your body forms a straight line from head to heels.
  • Hold this position, keeping your core tight and your back flat, for 30-60 seconds.
  • Repeat for 3 sets.

Chair Step-Ups:

  • Stand in front of the chair and step up onto the seat with your right foot, then bring your left foot up to meet it.
  • Step back down with your right foot, then your left.
  • Repeat this movement, alternating the leading foot, for 3 sets of 15-20 step-ups.
