4 Exercises To Improve Your Eyesight Without Glasses

Statistics show that over half of the population in the world has some kind of vision issue, specifically 4 out of 6 people. Nowadays there are all sorts of eye treatment and most famous is the laser surgery.

However, that might sound scary for many but is a quite successful procedure. Apart from that, you can improve your vision by doing some simple exercises. These exercises are very helpful and if you have enough patience you can help yourself and don’t have to wear glasses or go through expensive surgeries.

Nearsighted and Farsighted

Sit on a chair where you have a wide space open in front of you. Start focusing on something near you and then transfer your sight to something a bit further away. Switch focus every 10 seconds for 5 minutes.

Blinking your eyes

Blinking is one of the best methods to solve the vision problems and exercise the eye muscles. The long hours spent in front of the TV or the computer make us blink less and thus the muscles of the eyes weaken and dry out the eyes. Also, blinking keeps the eyes set for new information as the split second period of darkness aids you to process what you see when you open the eyes.

The Invisible Figure 8

Imagine the number eight in front of you. Then move your eyes as if you slowly trace the figure. Do this for 5 minutes and then change the direction.

Covering your face

Cover your eyes with your hands but leave some space so you can freely blink. This exercise will release the stress from your eyes caused by long hours in front of the computer or TV.
