We Drink It Daily Yet It Can Cause Breast Cancer?
A study conducted in Norway revealed that women who drink 3 glasses of milk a day have a three times greater chance of developing breast cancer, than those who drink half a cup or less.
Surely you’ve noticed that breast cancer is increasing and it seems that milk is responsible for the increased risk.
Previously it was believed that milk accelerates the development of cancer that already exists but now scientists say it may be the reason for an increase in cancer patients on a wider scale.
Most patients come from Finland, Sweden, Britain, Canada and America. These are the top countries in consumption of milk.
The Norwegian study revealed that breast cancer is extremely rare and that it doesn’t exist in cultures where milk is rarely consumed.
It is already known that hormones and growth factors in milk are carcinogenic, but it also applies to synthetic supplements of vitamin D, which are often enriched milk and other dairy products.
It is believed that those who suffer from breast cancer consume twice as much synthetic vitamin D on average, than those who don’t.
But there are other reasons to keep in mind. The number of cases has also grown due to the consumption of dough, sugar and certain types of meat (especially pork), but it is also reduced from consumption of raw vegetables and fish.
On the other hand bras, especially those that are too tight, can also increase the risk of breast cancer.
Women who regularly wear a bra for 12 hours have more than a 20 times increased risk of breast cancer than those who rarely wear one, especially when it comes to bras with wire support.
