Summer Diet – A Diet With Fruit And Vegetables
Breakfast: Mix yogurt with 300gr of seasonal fruit (apples, apricots, peaches, raspberries, blueberries).
Lunch: 300ml of soup with 300gr boiled and mashed carrots.
Dinner: A mixed salad with fruit and vegetables.
Advice: Bananas and grapes have a lot of sugar so during this diet try to avoid these fruits.
