125g horseradish
3 lemons
4 teaspoons of honey
2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder
1 small piece of ginger


1. Grind the horseradish and ginger finely. It’s best to combine both ingredients in a blender.
2. Remove any seeds from the lemon before adding it into the blender. Blend the mixture once again.
3. Add 4 teaspoons of honey and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon powders and stir well.


Horseradish is rich in vitamin C, B1, B6, B2, including potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. This combination is great for stimulating digestion. It helps rid the body of toxins and improves the metabolism. It provides energy and helps fight fatigue and is also great for diabetics. It stimulates the growth of beneficial bacteria in the intestines.


Consume about 1 tablespoon of this mixture twice daily, before meals. Use this recipe for three weeks and then take a 3 day break.
