At the University of Medical Sciences in Iran a research was conducted which proved the amazing effects of one simple spice.
The research was developed in two groups. In each group 44 overweight women were included. For 3 months these groups had consultations about healthy diet.
Their menu was made by nutritionists and consisted no more than 1200 calories a day.
Everything was the same only one thing had differed the groups. One of the groups consumed 140 ml yogurt mixed with cumin powder and the other group consumed the same amount of yogurt without the spice.
After 3 months the group that was consuming cumin lost up to 14 kilograms. The other group lost three times less fat.
More precisely the members in the first group lost 14,64% more fat than those in the second group who lost only 4,91% fat.
