Processed and Red Meats
Processed and red meats include chemicals like nitrites and purines. These chemicals increase the pain and inflammation in your body. Moreover, the processed foods contain advanced glycation end products (AGEs). These toxins can cause serious inflammation.

The eggs, particularly the yolks contain arachidonic acid. This acid is responsible for the production of prostaglandins which can cause inflammation, swelling and joint pain.
Moreover, eggs are high in saturated fat, which also has the ability to increase inflammation and pain. So, if you are an egg lover and you prefer them eating for breakfast. The best thing to do is to consume the whites only.
Foods containing Monosodium Glutamate
(MSG) Monosodium glutamate is often found in foods, like: frozen snacks, potato chips, canned and frozen Chinese foods, frozen dinners, soups, and store-bought salad dressings. MSG is an additive that enhances the flavor.
This substance causes inflammation and pain.
People who already suffer from inflammatory conditions should avoid artificial additives to escape further complications.
