Sciatica is a medical condition affecting the back, hip and outer side of the leg, caused by compression of a spinal nerve root in the lower back, often owing to degeneration of an intervertebral disk, it can be very of painful and uncomfortable condition.

Leading by the ankle, pull the knee towards your opposite leg until you feel a light stretchdo not force the ankle or knee beyond the stretch.After 30 seconds of holding the stretch slowly return to the starting position. It is recommended to repeat it for 3 times.
Lie on the ground and cross the affected leg over the opposite one at the knees, and both legs bent. Carefully pull the lower knee up in the direction of your shoulder on the same bodys side until you feel the stretch, and hold it for a half a minute. Then, slowly get back to the initial position. It is recommended to repeat it for 3 times.
