– The taste is significantly different, the home-grown has much richer taste.
– The stem and the root are often removed from the garlic if is imported. The reason for these Is because Chinese traders reduce weight for shipping.
– The Chinese garlic contain less bulbous and is much lighter than the regular ones.
– It is always best to grow your own food, but if in case is impossible to do that for some reason then you can buy the natural food from some local farmers.
