1 pinch of sea salt

500ml of water
Place the water, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl. Put the mixture on heat until it boils. When the mixture starts boiling, reduce the temperature down and add the oats. After few minutes remove the bowl from the heat. Cover it and leave it for 5 minutes to soak. Finally, in the end add the honey, the salt and stir it well. Transfer the continent into a dish and while is hot, add chia seeds. It is up to you if you want to add some extra flavor, you can put apple, bananas, strawberries, cherries or maybe another favorite fruit.
